Headaches can be either migraine headaches, tension stress headaches, sinus headaches, or hypertensive headaches.Headaches can also be triggered by nerve pain such as occipital neuralgia or supraorbital neuralgia.Other possible cause of headaches include sleep deprivation and sleep disorders. Treatment and headaches first begins with educating patient on the different patterns of different types of headaches and analyzing possible triggers and causes to identify the source so we can get an adequate and successful treatment strategy.
